The Munich Security Conference is an annual forum that brings together high-ranking decision-makers from politics, the military, business and civil society to discuss current issues of international security policy. Since its foundation in 1963, it has developed into one of the world's leading meetings in this field. The conference provides a unique platform for exchange between states, organizations and security experts on conflicts, strategies and cooperation. Based in Munich, Germany, it serves as an important venue for diplomatic initiatives and the formulation of security policy in an increasingly complex global environment.
